In this free parent-child class, children will experience new sensations and movements as we introduce the parent and child to songs and games. This class focuses on the development of early loco motor skills and gymnastics fundamentals, including rolling, climbing, sitting upright, and using the grip reflex to hang on the bars. Infants learn fine and gross motor skills, and practice social skills by working with the other children in class. Parents participate with their children and learn how to help stimulate their bodies and minds, safely spot their children, and activities to play with them at home. Other class skills include eye tracking (for developing reading readiness) and hand-eye coordination (to prepare them for coloring and writing). Parents benefit from this class through the sharing of ideas and interactions with other parents. This class is also great for parent-child bonding!

Flip Flops
1 - 3 Years Old (Co-Ed)
45 Minute Class (Class Meets Once per Week)
$77 per Month
Our specially trained instructor leads parents to teach their toddlers in this “child-directed” class where we entice children to follow organized challenges, but allow them to explore where their interests take them (within the bounds of safety). The entire Lakeside facility is utilized for this class. No other classes are held during this time, which allows the children to go where they desire and explore new age-appropriate activities. Each class, the instructor will introduce activities that improve hand-eye coordination (important for writing), eye-tracking (needed for reading readiness), and locomotor movement skills that challenge their growing mind and body. They will also learn social skills (learning to work with others, sharing, and taking turns). The skills learned in this class have a significant impact on learning and maturity.
Tiny Titans
3 - 5 Years Old (Co-Ed)
45 Minute Class (Class Meets Once per Week)
$77 per Month
Our instructor-directed Tiny Titans classes focus on the fundamentals of gymnastics. Our specially designed curriculum is used to provide a safe and progressive approach to learning that gives children many opportunities to succeed and be praised. Students learn basic gymnastics skills such as rolling, swinging, jumping, and balancing. Gymnastics classes for this age group cater to children's need for social development, as we recognize that sharing, helping others, and listening politely are as important to learn as gymnastics skills.

Girls & Boys Titans
6 - 18 Years Old
1 Hour Class (Class Meets Once per Week)
$87 per Month
Our Girls Titans and Boys Titans classes are fun and fast-moving classes that are structured by both age and ability level based on our curriculum. Students work on tumbling, bars, rings, balance beams, vault, trampoline, and Tumble Trak. These classes are great for children wanting to focus on specific developmental skills and drills that will benefit them in not only gymnastics but every other sport they may try throughout their lives. Classes begin with an organized warm up and stretch, followed by three gymnastics event rotations, and finish with a fun activity!
Sensory Sensitive
5 - 12 Years Old (Co-Ed)
45 Minute Class (Class Meets Once per Week)
$75/Month
Our Sensory Sensitive Gymnastics class is catered to children that are sensitive to noise and larger groups of people. We hold this class while no other classes are taking place, to minimize the amount of people in the gym. We turn off the music, keep the class ratio low and use softer vocal tones to instruct. If necessary, a parent or guardian may assist the student throughout class.
